01General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 499net platform and its users. Please read them carefully before using the 499net website (https://499net.ws) and its associated services.

499net is an online gaming and betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh and other countries. We operate under an international gaming licence and are committed to ensuring fair gaming.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "499net" refers to the company operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any individual registered on or using the platform.

02Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 499net, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance at any time.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Mobile banking account details may be required for payment verification.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

KYC Verification

Under the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. 499net's KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours.

03Age Requirements & Minor Protection

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on 499net. Registration and participation by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

499net may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any balance held in an underage account will not be refunded.

04Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

499net supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. Larger amounts require separate approval.
• 499net reserves the right to place payments on hold in the event of suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.

No additional charges are applied on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees, which are outside 499net's control.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

499net offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be followed. Claiming a bonus means you agree to the applicable terms.

Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim a bonus.
• The Welcome Bonus wagering requirement is x10 (10 times the bonus amount).
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

Reload & Weekly Bonuses

• The weekly reload bonus is available to active members every Monday.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses for the week.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — only one bonus may be active at any given moment.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Not all games are eligible for bonus play — each offer specifies which games the bonus applies to.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 499net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on 499net. Non-compliance may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Live betting remains open after an event has started, though odds are subject to change.
• 499net reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bets found to involve match fixing or unusual betting patterns will be voided.
• The maximum bet on a single event is ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

Event Cancellation & Results

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Official sources are used to determine results.
• For draw/tie betting, the official match rules are followed to determine the outcome.

07Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or Cheating: Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or exploit it for unfair advantage.
• False Identity: Operating an account using another person's name or identity.
• Automated Software: Placing bets using bots or automated programs.
• Win Share: Operating multiple accounts to share bonuses with affiliates or to gain an unfair advantage.

08Account Suspension & Termination

499net reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances.

• For breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If registration with false information is proven.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

09Privacy & Data Protection

Data Usage Policy Summary

• Your information is used solely for service delivery and KYC verification.
• Your information is never shared with third parties — except where required by law.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request deletion of your data — however, this will result in your account being closed.

10Responsible Gaming Policy

499net believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and offer a range of tools to help protect our players.

Self-Limitation Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for long-term self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years).

11Limitation of Liability

499net is not liable for the following.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• For losses caused by the failure or delay of a third-party payment provider.
• If account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Service disruption caused by external factors such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

In the event of any dispute, 499net's decision shall be considered final. Users may, however, submit any complaints through our support team.

12Changes to Terms & Validity

499net reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please request account closure.
